Maximizing Alliance Efficiency in KvK: A Guide to Activity Tracking
KvK is won by the alliances that turn organization into kills. This guide shows how officers use Alliance Codex to track KP, T4/T5 kills, fort participation and alliance contribution — the standard metrics competitive Rise of Kingdoms alliances measure every season.
What officers should track during KvK
A KvK season has a small set of numbers that actually decide ranking rewards and migration eligibility. Track these per governor, not just at the alliance level:
- Kill Points (KP) — the headline number used for individual KvK rewards.
- T4 and T5 kills — the only kills that move alliance-wide objectives.
- Deaths — required for honor-based events; a 0-deaths governor is usually under-performing.
- Fort and pass engagements — attendance counts more than raw kills here.
- Alliance helps and RSS donations — proxy for daily activity outside fights.
Setting baselines before KvK starts
Snapshot every governor's stats the day pre-KvK opens. In Alliance Codex you can bulk-import the roster from an Excel export, then let the screenshot importer fill in updated stats from in-game screenshots through the season. Without a baseline, every mid-season number is meaningless.
Weekly check-ins
Schedule a weekly stat capture — most R5s do it Sunday night UTC. The roster page sorts by fort kills by default and flags inactive governors automatically. Combine that with the donation tracker on the bank page to spot people who fell off both fronts at once.
Setting clear minimums
Pick T4/T5 kill minimums by power tier and publish them. Common ranges seen in competitive alliances:
- 50–60M power: 5M T4+T5 kills
- 60–80M power: 15M T4+T5 kills
- 80M+ power: 30M+ T4+T5 kills
Numbers below the line at end of season get a conversation, not a kick. The point of tracking is fairness, not punishment.
After KvK: archive the season
Export the roster to Excel before reset and store it. Season-over-season data is what lets you spot real growth and back honest promotions.
